TOP 5 ANIME VIDEO GAMES.

Hey Guys! It's Josh again and for the month of December we're talking video games. But, not just any video games. ANIME VIDEO GAMES. You know em you love em. Here's My top 5.

  1. Pokemon Franchise: I mean duh. This is probably the Anime Game Franchise. We grew up with it. We all played it at different levels and either stopped or kept going at one point. Its one of the most recognized and profitable Franchises ever and I'm constantly waiting to see what's next from Gen 1 in kanto to gen 9 in paldea.

2. The Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Series.

Naruto is a top 5 anime to alot of people myself included. And with that comes multiple forms of media and games but, my favorite by far are the storm games. Ninja Storm introduced a generation of people to arena fighters and definitely added something different to the community. The games follow the anime while giving you the chance to play with not only fan favorites but also niche characters that you might not have thought about and that is what make these games awesome.

3. Yugioh the Sacred Cards.

The absolute worst way to play yugioh if you have ever played the TCG. This game manages to combine duelist kingdom rules with the battle city storyline and I hate and love this game for it. You as the player character are a friend of the main cast and along with Joey and Yugi you enter the battle city tournament with a goal to make the finals as you battle the likes of the rare hunters, mako tsunami, rex raptor, and more. The issue is fields give bonus Atk/Def points as well as monster types can auto destroy their opposites. It makes for a fun and confusing time, but I've played it dozens of times from start to finish.

4. Dragonball Burst Limit.

The red headed step child of Dragon Ball games and my personal favorite. This game had so much potential but was short changed due to the development team rushing the game towards the end and it being in an era where games didn't get patches unless they were mega popular online service games like the fps shooters. This game ends with cell saga and has probably one of the shortest rosters in series history. But I still had a blast. The 3D graphics were cool and some of the best cutscenes in the franchise. The beam clashes had more refinement and the introduction of the drama pieces introduced a unique concept and Strategy to combat system.

5. Bakugan Battle Brawlers the Game.

The Battle Brawlers video game was definitely a cult classic and underrated gem in my books. It followed the story of the cartoon while also doing its own thing by introducing the player character and your partner Bakugan Leonidas being a member of the element of your choice. The story centered around you learning how to play bakugan and your journey to being the number one brawler facing the likes of the protagonist battle brawlers like Dan, Runo, and Shun as well as Masquerade and video game exclusive villian marduk and his partner Validator. You could also pick up G power on the field depending on the arena before landing your bakugan on a power card.

Honorable Mention.

6. Zatch Bell Mamodo Battles

No one remembers zatch Bell. But the anime and this game were my shit. It's pokemon but kids with spellbooks and magic. Somebody call child protective services. The games has a story mode where the player can choose one of six characters to use and play through a unique campaign for each character so it has alot of replay value.

And that's my top 5 thanks for reading and happy holidays catch you in January!
